Launching a Superior Cross-Cloud PLBY Experience to Effectively Empower the Customer’s Pleasure, Curiosity, & Privacy
To power PLBY’s suite of brands and mission to bring “Pleasure for All”, my team and I worked to build a cohesive, compelling multi-brand shopping experience with a sticky, organic, empowering community of like-minded individuals to support PLBY’s mission.
Partnering with the Salesforce PLBY account team, we built a Customer360 model to better understand consumer interactions with PLBY, market effectively, and build a discrete, private community to support sexual health and wellness lifestyle to build customer loyalty for life.
