Empowering an Exceptional Member Experience to Grow Engagement & Revenue

Tasked by Lambda School’s CEO to unlock efficiencies for both employees and learners, my team and I partnered with our SFDC sales team and several of Lambda School’s executives - VP of Marketing, Salesforce Lead, Product Manager, and Head of Admissions - to build a compelling future vision for Lambda Schools centered around a comprehensive one-stop-shop Learner Community tool.

The technical landscape was challenging to say the least, and close partnership with my developers made it possible to take an accurate snapshot of Lambda School’s existing tech stack and propel it forward, determining whitespace as well as opportunities to consolidate solutions for efficiency and usability.

The result?

The final readout I presented to the Lambda School executive team included live demo, persona-driven storytelling, and a clear value proposition for building on and implementing some new Salesforce solutions as a single source of truth to take Lambda School into the future and enable the futures of countless learners.
