After extensive discovery and preparation, we led the session focusing around data consolidation and best practice regarding usage of their existing Salesforce footprint, while encouraging a clear POV around their future goals and solutions to achieve them.
With a clear focus on Lead to Sales transformation that would hit home with their project lead, the VP of IT, my team and I built a comprehensive persona-driven future vision story and accompanying product demo to prove value and influence purchase decisions.
The result?
We landed the plane on a huge project with many stakeholders, delighting the customer and maintaining momentum for the Salesforce account team.
